- Free shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, product weight, and shipping method.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro and major cities: 2–5 business days
- Other locations: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days

We recommend checking your package carefully when it is delivered.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:
- Take clear photos/videos of the package.
- Keep the original packaging and shipping label.
- Contact MartiGoKart customer support as soon as possible.
- Do not discard the packaging or product until the issue has been resolved.
For electronics and mobile products, an unboxing video may be requested to help us investigate damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
7. Missing or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos/videos.
